Spoiler Alert Thursday: Garbage
Needless to say, the winter television season remains in its infancy with little to watch. Last week’s episode of “Dollhouse” was just plain silly–the big reveal of the kind-hearted-black-guy as the head of the Rossum Corporation was clearly given away in the first minutes of the episode. Besides that, having him originally be Faith’s handler and then in charge of security for the house just makes no sense. Just dumb. I am glad that there are only two episodes left. I pretended to watch “Chuck,” which remains a really, really, really dumb show, at least insofar as the two main characters are concerned. The secondary characters are tolerable. “The Big Bang Theory” was anemic and I’m not sure why they showed an unaired first season episode of “Fringe” on Monday night. I should point out (again) that I thoroughly enjoyed James Franco on “General Hospital” and will likely watch the “30 Rock” episode tonight in which he is the special guest of the week. The Tony’s-dad-is-a-fraud angle in the most recent episode of “NCIS” was also quite silly. I am, however, looking forward to the episode where we meet McGee’s father, who should be played by none other than his actual step-father: the creator of the show.
