Monday MOVE-ies

Moving isn’t compatible with watching a ton of movies, but we did unwind Sunday afternoon with American Movie, a truly hilarious and painful documentary about a clueless independent filmmaker.

As I learned this weekend, however, my true passion isn’t film, but books — or at least that must be the case if I was willing to carry all fifteen thousand pounds of my books up and down stairs all day long.

  1. i tried to watch _the girl in the cafe_, first perhaps 10 min of it, clearly the worst movie i tried to watch this year after _dogtooth_, and the actress won an emmy for it, which is like amazing
every other sentence uttered by the actor& actress was some racial slur and their mannerisms supposed to express their as if like endearing awkwardness was just unbearable to watch, especially the manner of speaking of the girl, such exaggerated british or whatever accent, if that’s how she talks irl must be very annoying for others
